Okay, so this post is part google-food for future googlers.
I developed a RailsMyAdmin plugin over a month and a half ago, yet failed to promote the project much. Though I did release source code at the time.
Googling “RailsMyAdmin”, I just came upon this page, which was created just a little while ago, and has not yet released code.
Don’t you usually Google a potential project name, before picking one? Apparently Jake did not. O’well…
I’m sure we’ll work it out… in the meantime, this RailsMyAdmin project has released code and is used in several real-world apps at the moment.
Naming conflicts aside, what’s it do?
Nic - it’s a bit like phpMyAdmin but it can be used from within an existing Rails app.
I need to work up a video demo… just haven’t gotten around to it yet!
