The Spammer is “Tree Leaves’ Oracle” out of Colorado Springs, CO:

A folk art collective and organization for the preservation of folk and alternative art, lore, crafts, and beliefs. Fairy statuettes, fairy art prints, cards, incense, oils, candles, crafts, artwork, treasures from travels.
