PSD2HTML does very solid coding (a little slopping with their naming conventions), but they take WAY longer than they say they take. Plus they are in Russia I think so it is hard to communicate with them. Expect it to take at least 3 weeks. Also have worked with HTMLBlender. They are also good with their code, but when I asked them to do an ecommerce integration, they did a very poor job. Use them only for markup. They are quicker than PSD2HTML, but they also take longer than they say. I have worked with a couple services.
